Managing Partner 

Mr. Alfa Sidharta Brahmandita is the founding partner of the Lawfirm. He obtained his Bachelor of Law from University of Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED) and Master of Laws degree from University of Indonesia (UI). He is also a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and has Procurement License. Prior to B&P, he was a Senior Associate in BSS Law Office in 2006. He has been (practicing as) an Advocate and Attorney at Law since 2006, while at the same time working as an in-house lawyer for several profitable companies for instance in PT Pertamina Hulu Energi METRA 3, PT Mastersystem Infotama and PT Datacomm Diangraha. He is having experience in the telecommunications, media and information industries, he has advised on regulatory requirements and compliance, assisted clients to obtain a range of telecommunications licenses, advised on and structured joint ventures and contracts in the telecommunications industry, advised on the raising of finance for telecommunications companies, and conducted due diligence exercises associated with telecommunications acquisitions.

Mr. Alfa Sidharta Brahmandita’s has a wide areas of specialization encompass commercial dispute resolution, private law, corporate and commercial practice, procurement and business project, industrial relations, business contract, marital law, mining law and corruption law.

Apart from being a Lawyer, Mr. Alfa Sidharta Brahmandita's also registered as a Receiver and Administrator Certified by Ministry of Law and Human Rights. He is also a member of IKAPI (Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association) and PERKHAPPI (Lawyer and Legal Consultant Indonesian Mining Law Association).
